摘 要:气举反循环钻井工艺在应对严重漏失地层时较常规泥浆正循环工艺具有显著优势,可实现在严重漏失地层正常循环排渣。本文介绍了气举反循环钻井工艺在山西省忻州市阳曲县太忻一体化经济区“三采一注”地热能供暖科技示范工程地热井(回灌井)4000 m深层裂缝型热储地热钻探项目中的应用。该井采用正循环泥浆钻进工艺施工,在二开施工至706 m时钻遇块状灰岩大裂隙。经多次堵漏均失败,顶漏钻进至761 m,期间泥浆无上返,此时孔内沉渣达到34 m,正循环泥浆钻进无法继续施工。改用气举反循环钻进工艺,下钻后清渣专用刮刀钻头将孔底沉渣充分搅动,孔内沉渣高效排出,顺利完成了清渣施工。从该井的清渣实践中,总结了气举反循环钻井在严重漏失地层中处理孔内沉渣和地层出渣的工艺方法,为类似复杂钻井工况提供借鉴。The air-lift reverse circulation drilling technology has significant advantages over conventional mud positive circulation technology in dealing with severe leakage formations,and can achieve positive circulation slag discharge in severe leakage formations.This paper introduces the application of air-lift reverse circulation drilling technology in the geothermal well(reinjection well)4000 m crack type thermal storage geothermal drilling project of“Three Extraction and One Injection”geothermal energy heating technology demonstration engineering at Taixin integrated economic zone,yangqu county,xinzhou city of Shanxi province.The well was constructed using a positive circulation mud drilling process,and encountered large fissures in blocky limestone during the second opening at 706 meters.Multiple attempts to seal the leak were failed and drilling was continued to 761 m,during which the mud did not return and the sediment inside the well reached 34 m,the positive circulation mud drilling could not continue.We switched to the air-lift reverse circulation drilling process,and after drilling,special scraper drilling bit for slag cleaning fully stirred and efficiently discharged the sediment at hole bottom.From the practice of slag removal in this well,the process methods of air-lift reverse circulation drilling for treating sediment and formation slag in severe leakage formations was summarized,which provides reference for similar complex drilling conditions.
