摘　　要：天山雪莲是我国传统中药材之一,主要分布于中国西部高原地区,在我国少数民族地区广泛使用。通过高效液相色谱法、阴离子交换和凝胶渗透柱色谱等方法,已从天山雪莲中分离出多种化合物,包括黄酮、倍半萜内酯及其苷、苯丙素、多糖、木脂素等类。天山雪莲有抗炎镇痛、保护神经、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗肥胖、调节免疫力等药理作用。对近年来有关天山雪莲的研究进展进行综述,并对其质量标志物进行预测,为其深入研究和应用提供参考。Saussurea involucrata is one of the traditional Chinese medicines,mainly distributed in the western highland areas of China,and it is widely used in the ethnic minority areas of China.Through methods such as high-performance liquid chromatography,anion exchange,and gel permeation chromatography,various compounds have been isolated from S.involucrata,including flavonoids,sesquiterpenoid lactones and their glycosides,phenylpropanoids,polysaccharides,and lignans.S.involucrata has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation and analgesia,protection of nerves,anti-tumor,anti-radiation,anti-obesity,and immune regulation.The research progress of S.involucrata in recent years was reviewed,and its quality markers(Q-makers)were predicted to provide a reference for its further study and application.
