复方肾华片及组方中药的有效成分对肾脏保护作用研究进展

摘　　要：复方肾华片是一种用于治疗慢性肾病、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病、急性肾衰竭及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)肾病的有效复方制剂,其可通过抗炎、调节免疫功能、保护肾脏细胞改善肾脏功能,具有良好的开发前景。但目前肾华片的药效物质基础及作用机制尚不清晰,这制约了其临床应用和推广。从肾华片的方证分析、保护肾脏作用机制及组方中药的有效成分对肾脏保护作用的研究3个方面进行综述,为肾华片药效物质基础和作用机制研究提供参考。Shenhua Tablets are effective compound preparations for the treatment of chronic nephropathy,nephrotic syndrome,diabetic nephropathy,acute renal failure,and IgA nephropathy.It can improve renal function by suppressing inflammation,regulating immune function,and protecting renal cells,having a good development prospect.However,the efficacy material base and mechanism of action of Shenhua Tablets are unclear,which restricts their clinical application and promotion.This paper reviewed research on the protection effect of Shenhua Tablets on kidneys through prescription and syndrome analysis,mechanism of action,and effective components of prescriptions,so as to provide reference for the research on the efficacy material base and mechanism of action of Shenhua Tablets.
