摘　　要：在工业闪速炉高负荷生产条件下,从反应塔、沉淀池、排烟线路各部位取样分析,直观地观察了闪速炉中铜锍、炉渣、烟尘的形成过程和物理化学特点,发现了一些不同于以往过程机理所描述的现象,提出了一些有关闪速熔炼工艺的新认识。Samplers were taken from reaction shaft,settler,off-gas line of a commercial flash furnace i n operation with high intensity.The samples were analyzed and the format ion process of matte,slag and dust in flash smelting,and their physical-chemical characteristics were observed intuitively.Some key discoveries were found different from the descriptions by the previous process mechanism,and some new recognitions were put forward on copper flash smelting process.
