摘　　要：围绕旋浮吹炼炉第一炉期的生产运行实践、冶金炉窑损耗、冶金炉窑优化改造展开分析和研究,提出冶金炉窑护炉、提高炉体安全性能和延长炉体寿命等的优化改进建议,为旋浮吹炼炉精准工艺控制、炉体维护、炉体检修、炉体改造以及炉体优化设计等提供参考。Based on the analysis and research on the production and operation practice,loss of metallurgical furnace and optimization transformation of metallurgical furnace in the first furnace period of vortex floating converting furnace,the optimization and improvement suggestions on furnace protection,improvement of furnace body safety performance and extension of furnace body life were put forward to provide references for accurating process control of the vortex floating converting furnace,furnace body maintenance,furnace body overhaul,furnace body transformation and furnace body optimization design of vortex floating converting furnace.
