摘　　要：深入探讨了金隆铜业闪速炉渣直排改造及其生产实践。首先聚焦闪速炉电炉拆除前的炉体改造,阐述了改造的背景、目的及具体措施,分析了改造对炉体性能和生产效率的潜在影响。同时,分析了改造后生产组织模式的调整、对生产效率、产品质量、能源消耗等方面的积极影响。通过工艺改造与管理优化,公司实现节能降本、环境改善双重目标,符合“双碳”政策要求。The transformation of direct discharge of flash furnace slag in Jinlong Copper Co.,Ltd.,and its production practice was deeply discussed.Firstly,it focuses on the furnace body transformation before the demolition of the flash furnace electric furnace,the background,purpose and specific measures of the transformation were expounded,and the potential impact of the transformation on furnace body performance and production efficiency was analyzed.At the same time,the adjustment of the production organization mode after the transformation and its positive impacts on production efficiency,product quality,energy consumption and other aspects were analyzed.Through process transformation and management optimization,the company has achieved the dual goals of energy saving,cost reduction and environmental improvement,which meets the requirements of the“dual carbon”policy.
