摘  要:介绍了弘盛铜业在双闪工艺上进行的工艺优化以及智能化应用。对残极处理工艺进行了方案对比,并选择了撕碎后返吹炼炉和阳极炉的新路线。介绍了烟气的精准脱硝、国产低温位热装置的应用和阳极炉的大型化,以及三维设计、智能装备、综合通信系统、全厂操控一体化、智慧中心在智能化方面的应用,展望了工厂今后的智能化发展方向。最后总结了工艺的先进性和智能化在项目投产后体现出的优势。The process optimization and intelligent application of double flash process in Hongsheng Copper smelter was introduced.The anode scrap treatment process was compared,and a new route was chosen between the flash converting furnace after shredding and the anode furnace.The precise denitration of flue gas,the application of domestic low-temperature thermostatic device and the enlargement of anode furnace were introduced.The application of three-dimensional design,intelligent equipment,integrated telecommunication system,plant-wide control integration and intelligent center in intelligence were introduced.The future intelligent development direction of the factory in the future is prospected.Finally,the advantages of advanced technology and intelligence after the project is put into operation summarizes.
