摘　　要：新质生产力发展以全要素生产率大幅提升为核心标志,对于推进工资合理分配、提升劳动收入份额具有重要意义。文章基于2014—2022年我国30个省份(未包括西藏和港澳台)面板数据,实证检验新质生产力对劳动收入份额的影响及作用机制。主要结论如下:新质生产力与劳动收入份额呈正相关关系;数据要素配置在新质生产力对劳动收入份额的影响中发挥中介效应;新质生产力在高创新能力以及高经济发展水平地区对劳动收入份额的提升作用更为显著。据此,建议助推数字创新技术发展,全方位挖掘新质生产力发展潜能;优化数据要素配置,系统推进数据要素市场布局;健全区域协调发展机制,因地制宜推进新质生产力发展,以期为提升劳动收入份额提供有效助益。The development of new quality productivity is marked by the substantial increase of total factor productivity,which is of great significance to promoting the reasonable distribution of wages and increasing the share of labor income.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2014 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the impact of new quality productivity on the share of labor income.The main conclusions are as follows:new quality productivity is positively correlated with labor income share;data factor allocation plays the intermediary effect in the influence of new quality productivity on labor income share;and new quality productivity plays a more significant role in improving the share of labor income in areas with high innovation capacity and high economic development level.Accordingly,it is suggested to boost the development of digital innovation technology,explore the development potential of new quality productivity in all aspects;optimize the allocation of data elements,and promote the market layout of data elements systematically;improve the mechanism of regional coordinated development,and promote the development of new quality productivity according to local conditions,in order to provide effective benefits for increasing the share of labor income.
