干扰电疗法联合牵引推拿对腰椎间盘突出症康复研究

摘　　要：研究干扰电疗法联合牵引推拿疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗后的康复效果,帮助患者解除疾病的困扰。选取2022年10月至2023年4月在商洛市某三甲医院康复科60名腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,共两组,对照组采用牵引推拿疗法,试验组在对照组的基础上增加干扰电疗法。对试验组和对照组患者的疗效、JOA量表评分、VAS量表评分和ODI量表评分进行比较分析。结果表明,两组各项评分在治疗后均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组患者的腰椎功能、腰部疼痛程度、下肢功能障碍程度等指标评分明显好于对照组,均呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。可见干扰电联合牵引推拿疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎功能、腰部疼痛、下肢功能障碍等康复效果显著,值得临床借鉴应用。The rehabilitation effect of interference electrotherapy is studied,combined with traction and massage therapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation after treatment,and to help patients relieve the trouble of the disease.Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation in the rehabilitation department of a Grade-Three hospital in Shangluo City from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group).The efficacy,JOA scale score,VAS scale score and ODI scale score of experimental group and control group were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the scores of the two groups were higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the lumbar function,the degree of lumbar pain and the degree of lower limb dysfunction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).It can be seen that interference electric combined traction and massage therapy has significant rehabilitation effects on lumbar function,lumbar pain and lower limb dysfunction in patients with lumbar disc herniation,which is worthy of clinical application.
