独塔斜拉桥索塔上横梁关键施工技术及支架受力性能研究

摘  要:为探究独塔斜拉桥索塔上横梁关键施工技术和支架受力性能,首先结合桥址处环境特点、结构特点以及施工方案,对上横梁施工的重难点进行梳理,并提出有针对性的措施;其次结合上横梁重难点和针对性措施,对上横梁关键施工技术进行了研究,尤其是钢托座及砂筒施工、操作平台脚手架施工和混凝土分层浇筑顺序施工;最后结合有限元软件,建立该斜拉桥上横梁支架三维空间有限元模型,并在施工中最不利荷载组合下对上横梁支架进行受力性能分析。研究表明:支架主纵梁、砂筒和操作平台强度应力均小于材料强度设计值,最大值分别为159.7 MPa、87 MPa和89 MPa。To explore the key construction techniques and support performance of the crossbeam on the cable tower of a single tower cable-stayed bridge,firstly,based on the environmental and structural characteristics of the bridge site and the construction plan,the key and difficult points of the crossbeam construction are sorted out,and targeted measures are proposed.Secondly,based on the key and difficult points of the upper crossbeam and targeted measures,the key construction technologies of the upper crossbeam were studied,especially the construction of steel supports and sand cylinders,the construction of operating platform scaffolding,and the sequential construction of concrete layer by layer pouring.Finally,using general finite element software,a three-dimensional finite element model of the upper crossbeam support of the cable-stayed bridge was established,and the stress performance of the upper crossbeam support was analyzed for the most unfavorable load combination during construction.Research has shown that the strength stress of the main longitudinal beam,sand cylinder,and operating platform of the bracket is lower than the material strength design value,with maximum values of 159.7 MPa,87 MPa,and 89 MPa,respectively.
