构造尺寸和纹理角度影响下的钢-钙质砂界面力学特性研究

摘  要:桩基表面构造特征是影响桩侧摩阻力的重要因素,利用改进的直剪装置在室内开展了纹理尺寸和纹理角度影响下的钢-钙质砂界面宏观力学试验。结果表明:剪切应力随剪切位移的变化规律依次表现为直线增长、曲线增长和平稳发展3个特征;增加纹理角度和结构物表面纹理尺寸能够显著提升界面抗剪强度和界面摩擦角;密实的钙质砂决定了其体变行为主要表现为剪胀,且纹理宽度和纹理角度越大,其剪胀体变位移量则越大。The surface structural characteristics of pile foundations are important factors affecting the lateral friction resistance of piles.In this paper,an improved direct shear device was used to conduct macroscopic mechanical tests on the steel-calcareous sand interface under the influence of groove size and groove angle indoors.The results show that the variation of shear stress with shear displacement follows three characteristics:linear growth,curve growth,and stable development.Increasing the groove angle and surface groove size of the structure can significantly improve the interface shear strength and interface friction angle.The dense calcareous sand determines that its deformation behavior mainly manifests as shear dilation,and the larger the groove width and angle,the greater the displacement of its shear dilation.
