摘 要:某筒-柱支承式钢筋混凝土圆形筒仓结构在使用过程中筒仓出现大量裂缝,故对仓壁出现裂缝的原因进行现场鉴定与成因分析。结合有限元计算结果分析成因,发现筒壁内外温差过大是导致筒仓出现裂缝的主要原因。同时,滑模工艺连续浇筑措施不到位等施工缺陷进一步加重了筒仓裂缝的产生,依据有关规范给出了加固处理的技术方案。A large number of cracks appear in a cylindrical reinforced concrete silo structure with tube-column support during its use.The cause of the crack of the warehouse wall is identified and analyzed on site.Based on the analysis of the finite element calculation results,it is shown that the large temperature difference between inside and outside the cylinder wall is the main reason for the crack of the silo.At the same time,the construction defects such as inadequate continuous pouring measures of sliding form technology further aggravate the silo cracks.The technical scheme of reinforcement treatment is given according to the relevant specification.
