混凝土锚杆粘附与力学性能研究

摘  要:为了研究影响建筑物大型混凝土结构层中锚杆粘附性能的因素,研究了锚固角度分别为90°、60°、45°和30°的粘结锚力学性能。试验变量还包括不同的混凝土和树脂类型,共对16个试件进行试验。试验结果表明,通过Sika AnchorFix-1树脂在C12/C15混凝土中粘结锚固的强度值为10.6 kN,在C30/C37混凝土中粘结锚固的强度值为27.6 kN;通过RinkAmideAM树脂在C12/C15混凝土中粘结锚固的强度值为11.9 kN,在C30/C37混凝土中粘结锚固的强度值为30.5 kN。在低等级混凝土的试件中使用具有较高强度参数的树脂,能够更有效地提高锚杆的锚固能力。同时本研究还通过回归分析得到了试件破坏力观测模型。Concrete anchoring technology is widely used in our country's construction industry,but the adhesive performance of anchor is affected by many factors.In order to study the factors affecting the adhesive properties of anchor rods in large-scale concrete structural layers of buildings,the mechanical properties of adhesive anchors with anchoring angles of 90°,60°,45°and 30°were studied in this paper.In this paper,the test variables also include different types of concrete and resin,and a total of 16 specimens were tested.The experimental results show that the bond strength value of Sika AnchorFix-1 resin is 10.6 kN in C12/C15 concrete and 27.6 kN in C30/C37 concrete The strength value of bond-anchoring by RinkAmideAM resin in C12/15 concrete is 11.9 kN,and that of bond-anchoring in C30/C37 concrete is 30.5 kN.The use of resin with higher strength parameters in low-grade concrete specimens can more effectively improve the anchoring capacity of bolts.At the same time,the observation model of failure force is obtained by regression analysis.
