摘  要:采用“相向掘进、地中对接、弃壳解体”的盾构地中对接法时,防止拆机后临空面涌水是确保安全对接的关键。依托某盾构对接工程,通过Darcy两相流方程探究超前注浆浆液扩散形式和扩散范围,并依据浆液扩散范围对不同断裂带与对接点间距条件下的涌水量进行计算。结果表明:单管注浆时浆液体积分数以管口为中心向四周呈球形迅速衰减,扩散圈外围的体积分数偏小,难以形成有效的堵水圈;通过增加注浆管和合理设置管间距,初始以球形各自扩散的浆液逐渐交叠在一起形成统一的胶囊状扩散圈,交叠区域的浆液填充率得到大幅提升。另外,地中对接点与断裂带的间距在20m以内对注浆前涌水量影响较为明显,但经过超前注浆后不同间距条件下的涌水量基本一致。最后,将计算结果应用于实际工程,取得了良好的堵水效果。When the underground docking of the shield tunneling machine was adopted,the preventing of water gushing from the excavation surface after disassembly is the key to ensure the engineering safety.Relying on a shield docking project,darcy two-phase flow equation was used to explore diffusion form and diffusion range of grout in geotechnical media.According to the grout diffusion range,water inflow under different fracture zone and contact point spacing,fracture zone width and dip angle of the fracture zone were calculated.The results show that the volume fraction of the slurry decreases rapidly from the nozzle to the periphery,and the volume fraction around the diffusion ring is too small,so it is difficult to form an effective water blocking ring.By increasing the grouting pipe and rationally setting the pipe spacing,the initially spherically diffused grout gradually overlaps with each other to form a unified capsule diffusion ring,and the filling rate of the grout in the overlapping area is greatly improved.In addition,the distance between the ground contact point and the fault zone within 20m has an obvious influence on the water inflow before grouting,but after advance grouting,the water inflow under different spacing conditions is basically same.The conclusions have been successfully applied to guide practical engineering,and good water plugging effect by grouting is achieved.
