摘 要:严峻生态环境下的深埋高水压隧道工程往往采取“堵水限排”的设计施工原则,其衬砌结构必须能够承受一定的水力荷载。以往“折减水压+释放荷载”的衬砌荷载计算方法已不再适用于地下水限量排放背景下的工程实际;对此,本文遵循新奥法设计施工理念,建立含有衬砌结构及注浆围岩的力学模型,基于有效应力原理提出一种衬砌外岩水总荷载解析计算方法,其科学性及有效性经案例计算得以验证。通过对堵水限排条件下衬砌外荷载特征及相关影响因素分析后表明:(1)渗流作用影响下,衬砌外荷载随注浆围岩渗透系数和限排水量的增大而小幅提高;(2)在堵水限排及严格控制隧道收敛变形条件下,提高围岩弹性模量和选择良好支护时机是最为直接有效减小衬砌外荷载的方法。以上,为堵水限排下的隧道衬砌结构计算提供解析理论基础。The principle of block off water and limiting discharge is often adopted in deep-buried tunnel projects in the fragile eco-environment,so its lining structure must be able to withstand a certain hydraulic load.The previous method of calculating the respective load on the lining,which reduced water pressure and released rock load,is no longer suitable for the controlled drainage situation.Therefore,with the concept of New Austrian Tunneling Method,a mechanical model including the lining structure and grouted surrounding rock is established in this paper,and an analytical calculation method of external load on the lining is proposed based on the principle of effective stress,which is verified by the calculation results of a typical tunneling case.The analysis of the external load characteristics and the study about some related factors show that:(1)With the effect of seepage,the external load increases slightly with the increase of permeability coefficient and drainage limit;(2)To limit the drainage and control the convergent deformation of the tunnel,enhancing the elastic modulus of surrounding rock and choosing a good supporting time are the effective ways to reduce the external load on lining.The above provides an analytical theoretical basis for the calculation of tunnel lining structure with controlled drainage.
