摘  要:某海洋潜标释放器上的机械转环发生断裂事故,与机械转环连接的卸扣表面存在较大缺口。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析、点腐蚀测试、金相检验、化学成分分析、硬度测试等方法对机械转环断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:卸扣件中螺栓的材料为316L不锈钢,其在海洋环境中主要发生点腐蚀,造成螺栓和转环拉环的硬度降低,产生了应力裂纹,裂纹不断扩展,最终导致机械转环断裂。The mechanical swivel on a certain marine submersible release device broke,and there was a large gap on the surface of the release buckle connected to the mechanical swivel.The causes of mechanical swivel fracture were analyzed using macroscopic observation,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,point corrosion testing,metallographic examination,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing.The results show that the material of the bolts in the shackle was 316L stainless steel,which mainly underwent point corrosion in marine environments,resulted in a decrease in the hardness of the bolts and swivel rings,and the generation of stress cracked.The cracks continued to propagate,ultimately led to the fracture of the mechanical swivel.
