摘 要:采用真空电弧炉重熔GCr15钢并添加质量分数分别为0,0.036%,0.070%,0.110%的铜元素,研究了铜添加量对显微组织、硬度和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:铜元素的添加促进了奥氏体向马氏体的转变,随着铜添加量增加,马氏体组织变多变细小,铜元素偏聚程度增加,钢的硬度增大;铜添加量为0.036%时,自腐蚀电位最大,腐蚀倾向最小,点蚀坑最小;当铜添加量为0.110%时,自腐蚀电流密度最小,腐蚀速率最慢,点蚀面积最小。GCr15 steel was remelted by adding Cu with mass fraction of 0,0.036%,0.070%and 0.110%in a vacuum arc furnace.The effects of Cu addition on the microstructure,hardness and corrosion resistance were studied.The results show that adding Cu promoted the transformation from austenite to martensite.With the increase of Cu addition,the martensite structure was more and finer,the segregation degree of Cu increased,and the hardness of the steel increased.When the Cu addition was 0.036%,the self-corrosion potential was the highest,the corrosion tendency was the smallest,and the pitting pit was the smallest.When the Cu addition was 0.110%,the self-corrosion current density was the smallest,the corrosion rate was the slowest,and the pitting area was the smallest.
