摘　　要：“全球南方”群体性崛起,是世界大变局的鲜明标志。当前,“全球南方”已步入以群体性话语权提升为标志的全方位崛起新阶段。在维护世界和平、促进共同发展、实现普遍安全和完善全球治理方面,“全球南方”发挥了不可替代的积极作用,展现了更好应对全球和平赤字、发展赤字、安全赤字和治理赤字的时代价值。展望未来,“全球南方”群体性崛起不仅是世界大变局的重要内容,也是世界大变局发展演进的重要变量,将深刻影响世界大变局的演进方向。“全球南方”将更为积极地推进全球发展平衡化、国际关系民主化、全球治理均衡化与全球文明多元化。The collective rise of the Global South is a clear symbol of the great changes in the world.The Global South has entered a new stage of enhancing its collective discourse power.In terms of maintaining world peace,promoting common development,achieving universal security,and improving global governance,the Global South has played an irreplaceable and positive role in demonstrating the value of addressing the deficits in global peace,development,security and governance.Looking ahead to the future,the collective rise of the Global South is not only an important part of great changes,but also a significant variable in the development and evolution of the world's great changes,profoundly affecting the direction of the global development.The Global South will actively promote the diversification of global civilization,the bal-ance of global development,the democratization of international relations,and the balance of global govern-ance.
