乡村振兴视域下农民基础性语言能力的提升策略——以宁夏闽宁镇为例

摘　　要：农民作为全面推进乡村振兴的重要主体之一,提升其基础性语言能力有利于提升农民的综合能力、激发农民的内生动力、构建城乡一体化的语言文化环境,促进农村优秀文化的传承与发展和生态环境的可持续发展,推动乡村振兴全面发展。通过对宁夏闽宁镇农民的调查研究发现,农民的基础性语言能力整体偏弱,语言输入能力(听、读)高于语言输出能力(说、写),面对面交际能力高于网络交际能力。影响农民基础性语言能力的因素主要有:受教育程度普遍偏低、认知水平有限、对国家通用语言文字的认同感有待加强、媒介素养较为缺乏。为此,提出以下对策和建议:(一)强化落实普通话推广工作,提升农民对国家通用语言文字的认同感;(二)持续强化学校基础教育,加强成人语言培训教育;(三)优化家庭与社区语言环境,打造多样化语言文化学习空间;(四)加强农村地区的数字建设,提升农民的媒介素养。通过社会各界积极助力,汇聚多方资源,形成合力,共同推动农民基础性语言能力的提升。As one of the important subjects in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,enhancing the basic language ability of farmers is conducive to improving their comprehensive ability,stimulating their endogenous motivation,building an integrated language and cultural environment in urban and rural areas,and promoting the inheritance and development of outstanding rural culture and sustainable development of the ecological environment,which in turn promotes the comprehensive and in-depth development of rural revitalization.Through the investigation and research on the foundational language ability of farmers in Minning Town,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,it is found that farmers’language input ability(listening and reading)is higher than language output ability(speaking and writing),and face-to-face communication ability is higher than network communication ability.Factors affecting farmers'basic linguistic competence mainly include:generally low education,limited cognitive level,identification with the national common language and script to be strengthened,and relatively lack of media literacy.To this end,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:strengthening the implementation of the promotion of Mandarin to enhance farmers’sense of identity with the national common language and script;continuously strengthening basic education in schools and enhancing adult language training and education;optimizing the language environment in families and communities to create diversified spaces for language and cultural learning;and strengthening the digital construction in rural areas to enhance farmers’media literacy.Through the active assistance of all sectors of society,resources from all sides will be brought together to form a synergy that will jointly promote the enhancement of farmers’basic language ability.
