荨麻疹中医证候动物模型研究进展

摘　　要：从实验动物选择、动物模型制备方法、动物模型评价指标及中医证候模型评价等方面对荨麻疹中医证候动物模型的研究进行综述,指出荨麻疹中医证候实验动物模型的构建以中医证候为基础,使实验动物呈现出与某一中医证候相符的症状,再进行荨麻疹模型造模,即可构建合适的荨麻疹中医证候动物模型。对中医药治疗荨麻疹作用机理的研究及中药新药的研发具有重要意义。The studies on animal models of TCM syndromes of urticaria were reviewed from the selection of animal models,the preparation of animal models,evaluation indexes of animal models and the assessment of TCM syndromes it was pointed out that animal models of TCM syndromes of urticaria were constructed based on TCM syndromes,so that the animals could present symptoms conforming to the TCM syndrome,and then perform urticaria models modelling,namely,the suitable animal models of TCM syndromes of urticaria could be established.The study has great significance for the research into the mechanism of TCM therapy of urticaria,and the research and development of new Chinese medicine.
