益气养阴温肾润肠方治疗老年功能性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴温肾润肠方对老年功能性便秘(气阴两虚型)的治疗效果。方法:将70例老年便秘患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组给予益气养阴温肾润肠方,对照组给予聚乙二醇4000散;两组均以2周为1个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程,每个疗程间停药24 h;观察两组患者临床疗效、便秘积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety rating scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(Hamilton depression rating scale 17,HAMD-17)评分及复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率为97.1%(34/35),高于对照组的82.9%(29/35)(χ^(2)=3.968,P=0.046);治疗后两组患者便秘积分、HAMA、HAMD-17均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组各积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为17.1%(6/35),低于对照组的45.7%(16/35)(χ^(2)=9.657,P=0.002)。结论:益气养阴温肾润肠方治疗老年功能性便秘(气阴两虚型)效果优于聚乙二醇4000散,可以缓解患者便秘症状。Objective:To investigate therapeutic effects of benefiting-Qi nourishing-Yin warming-kidney moistening-intestine formula(BNWMF)in the treatment of senile functional constipation(FC)of Qi-Yin deficiency pattern.Methods:Seventy patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group using random number table method.The observation group took the formula,and the control group was given polyethylene glycol 4000(PEG).The two groups were treated for three courses of the treatment,resting for 24h between each course,and two weeks is one course of the treatment.To observe curative effects,constipation scores,HAMA,HAMD-17 scores and the recurrence conditions between the two groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%(34/35),higher than 82.9%(29/35)of the control group(χ^(2)=3.968,P=0.046);after the treatment,constipation scores,HAMA and HAMD-17 scores were lower than these before the treatment(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group in the scores(P<0.05);the relapse rate of the observation group was 17.1%(6/35),lower than 45.7%(16/35)of the control group(χ^(2)=9.657,P=0.002).Conclusion:The prescription in the treatment of senile FC of Qi-Yin deficiency pattern is superior to PEG,which could alleviate the symptoms of constipation.
