摘 要:为了提高环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)透明涂层的阻燃性能,拓宽其应用范围,以POCl3和羟乙基丙烯酸酯等为原料制备了含磷(P)阻燃活性单体——3(2-羟乙基丙烯酸酯)磷酸酯(TAEP),将其与EA、丙烯酰胺(AM)等复配,通过紫外光(UV)固化法制备了含P膨胀阻燃EA透明涂层。对该涂层的固化动力学、光学性能、物理力学、热稳定性及阻燃性能进行了表征,并考察了阻燃剂添加量对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:涂层中双键转化率随固化时间的增加而增加。当固化时间为24 s时,双键转化率最高可达85.1%。当TAEP和AM的加入量分别为30%和20%时,涂层极限氧指数LOI最高可达43%,垂直燃烧级别为V-0级,800℃时最终残炭率为36.98%,热释放速率峰值最低(217 kW/m2)。所制备的涂层热稳定性和阻燃性能优良,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to improve the flame-retardant property of transparent acrylate coating and expand its applied scope,3(2-hydroxyethylacrylate)phosphate(TAEP)was prepared based on POCl3 and hydroxyethylacrylate as raw materials,and after mixing TAEP into EA and AM,the transparent intumescent flame-retardant EA coating containing phosphorus was prepared by ultraviolet(UV)light curing method.And curing dynamics,optical property,physical mechanics,thermal stability and flame-retardant performance of the coating were characterized.Meanwhile,the influence of additive amount of the flame-retardant monomer on coating performance was also investigated.The results showed that double bond conversion rate of UV curable coating increased with the increase of curing time.When the curing time was 24 s,the max double bond conversion rate could reach 85.1%.When the mass content of TAEP and AM was respectively 30%and 20%,the highest LOI of EA coating could reach 43%,the vertical burning level was V-0,the final carbon residue rate was 36.98%at 800℃,HRR peak was 217 kW/m2.The prepared coating has excellent thermal stability and flame-retardant performance.It has broad application prospect.
