摘 要:通过对防腐涂料进行深入研究,发现漆膜厚度与涂料的多项性能,如干燥时间、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、附着力等密切相关。试验结果表明,适当增加厚度可以显著提高涂层的防护能力。但随着漆膜厚度的继续增加,部分性能随之下降。在保证防腐效果的前提下,合理控制漆膜厚度对于提升防腐涂料的可靠性具有重要意义。Through in-depth studies on anti-corrosion coatings,it was discovered that the thickness of the coating film is closely related to multiple properties of the coatings such as drying time,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and adhesion.The test results showed that appropriate increase in thickness can significantly enhance the protective ability of the coating.As the thickness of the coating film continues to increase,some properties decline accordingly.Under the premise of ensuring the anti-corrosion performance,reasonable control of the coating film thickness is of great significance for enhancing the relia bility of anti-corrosion coatings.
