摘　　要：体育产业转型高质量发展不仅是技术层面的进步,更需要生产方式、经济模式和产业结构等全面转型和升级。以生产要素演进视角阐释我国体育产业转型高质量发展的理论内涵、影响机制和实践进路,研究认为:体育产业战略转型需政府、市场和企业协同发力,通过体育产业政策创新,主动引导数字等新生产技术与数据等新生产要素禀赋结构创新与配置优化,推动体育产业结构深度转型升级,催生新质生产力。在此基础上,建议我国体育产业高质量发展的战略转型要以新质生产力为发展牵引,完善体育产业政策体系;以高质量发展为首要任务,优化体育产业发展新格局;以关键生产要素为催化剂,加速自主科技研发迭代;以产业结构改革为支撑点,布局打造战略性新兴产业;以新型劳动者为培养目标,增强体育产业经济韧性。The transformation and highquality development of the sports industry is not only a technological advancement,but also a comprehensive transformation and upgrading of production modes,economic models,and industrial structures.Explaining the theoretical connotation,influence mechanism,and practical approach of China's sports industry transformation and highquality development from the perspective of the evolution of production factors,it is believed that:the strategic transformation of the sports industry requires the joint efforts of the government,market,and enterprises.Through innovation in sports industry policies,the active lead of new production technologies such as digital technology and new production factors such as data,the innovation and optimization of the endowment structure of production factors,and the deep transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,new productive forces will be generated.It is suggested that:with the development of new productive forces as the driving force,the sports industry policy system should be improved;with highquality development as the top priority,the sports industry development pattern should be optimized;with key production factors as catalysts,the pace of independent technological research and development should be accelerated;with industrial structure reform as the support point,the emerging strategic industries should be laid out and developed;with skilled workers as the training goal,the economic resilience of the sports industry should be enhanced.
