摘 要:目的:研发一套用于体积管的标准容积测量系统并对其展开实验研究。方法:基于尺寸法探究体积管的标准容积测量原理,通过三点定圆法和间接测量法分别获得体积管的内径和长度,计算获得体积管的标准容积,并设计相应的测量系统测量体积管标准容积,进行实验研究。结果:利用所研发的测量系统对体积管标准容积进行测量,并与容积法测量结果进行比对,所得相对误差小于0.01%。结论:所研发的测量系统为体积管标准容积的精确测量和性能评估提供了有效的技术手段。Aims:This paper aims to develop a standardized volume measurement system for pipe provers.Methods:Based on the dimensional method to explore the principle of standard volume measurement of pipe provers,the inner diameter and length of pipe provers were obtained by the three-point fixed circle method and the indirect measurement method respectively.The standard volume of pipe provers was calculated;and the corresponding measurement system was designed to measure the standard volume of pipe provers for experimental research.Results:The standard volume of pipe provers was measured using the developed measurement system and compared with the results of the volumetric method;and the relative error was less than 0.01%.Conclusions:The developed pipe prover standard volume measurement system provides an effective technical means for the accurate measurement and performance evaluation of pipe prover standard volume.
