摘 要:目的:本文研究界面Dzyaloshinski-Moriya(DM)相互作用对椭圆坡莫合金环静态和动态磁性的影响。方法:利用微磁学模拟软件Mumax3研究具有不同强度界面DM作用(D=0,0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5,3 mJ/m^(2))的椭圆环磁矩分布、磁化过程和高频磁谱。结果:随着界面DM作用增强,椭圆环的平衡态磁结构逐渐偏离涡旋分布,在D=3 mJ/m^(2)时转变为多畴分布;当D处于0~2.5 mJ/m^(2)之间时,磁化均分为“可逆转动-不可逆转动-可逆转动”三阶段;而在D=3 mJ/m^(2)时,除了磁矩转动过程还包括新磁畴产生;当D从0增加到2.5 mJ/m^(2),高频磁谱中会在基频共振外依次出现边界共振和高阶共振模式,且所有模式共振频率都随D增加而减小,在D=3 mJ/m^(2)时出现多个复杂共振模式。结论:可以利用界面DM作用对椭圆坡莫合金环的静态和高频磁性进行有效调制。Aims:This paper aims to study the influences of interfacial Dzyaloshinski-Moriya(DM)interaction on the magnetic properties of elliptical permalloy rings.Methods:Micromagnetic simulation software Mumax3 was used to study the equilibrium magnetization configurations,the magnetization process and the high-frequency spectra of rings with different strength of DM interaction,D=0,0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5,3 mJ/m^(2).Results:With the increase of DM interaction,the vortex equilibrium magnetization configuration distorted gradually and the equilibrium magnetization configuration changed to be a multi-domain state for the ring with D=3 mJ/m^(2).When D was between 0 and 2.5 mJ/m^(2),there were three stages in the magnetization curves:the initial reversal rotation,the second irreversible rotation and the final reversal rotation.For the ring with D=3 mJ/m^(2),in addition to the magnetization rotation,there was also an emergence of new domains in the magnetization process.As D increased from 0 to 2.5 mJ/m^(2),in addition to the fundamental resonance,the edge resonance mode and the high-order resonance mode appeared gradually and all resonance frequencies decreased with the increases of D.For the ring with D=3 mJ/m^(2),there were many complex resonance modes.Conclusions:The static and high-frequency magnetic properties of the elliptical permalloy rings can be effectively tuned by the interfacial DM interaction.
