摘 要:目的:获得BCu93P和BCu91PAg两种钎料的最佳热加工工艺参数。方法:通过热拉伸实验研究钎料的热变形行为。基于动态材料模型和Prasad理论建立热加工图,并从微观角度分析热拉伸温度对材料性能的影响及两种钎料塑性、强度的差异。结果:两种钎料的流变应力随温度的升高而减小,随应变速率的增大而增大,BCu93P最佳热加工区域为325~375℃、0.001~00012 s^(-1),BCu91PAg最佳工艺参数范围为305~355℃,0.0009~0.001 s^(-1)。350℃时动态再结晶引起的丝材软化和拉伸变形导致的加工硬化相匹配,钎料塑性最佳。BCu91PAg中的富银相与Cu 3P相塑性不匹配,钎料断后伸长率小,但银添加具有固溶强化效果,使钎料抗拉强度增大。结论:两种钎料均属于正应变速率敏感材料.Aims:This paper aims to study the way to obtain the optimal hot working process parameters of BCu93P and BCu91PAg brazing materials.Methods:The thermal deformation behavior of brazing materials was studied through hot stretching experiments.Based on the dynamic material model and Prasad theory,a hot working diagram was established;and the influence of hot stretching temperature on material properties and the difference in plasticity and strength between the two brazing materials were analyzed from a microscopic perspective.Results:The rheological stress of the two brazing materials decreased with the increasing temperature and increased with the increasing strain rate.The optimal hot working area for BCu93P was 325~375℃,0.001~00012 s^(-1).The optimal process parameter range for BCu91PAg was 305~355℃,0.0009~0.001 s^(-1).The wire softening caused by dynamic recrystallization at 350℃matched the work hardening caused by tensile deformation;and the plasticity of the brazing material was the best.The rich silver phase in BCu91PAg did not match the plasticity of the Cu3P phase,resulting in a low elongation after the fracture of the brazing material.However,the addition of silver had a solid solution strengthening effect,which increased the tensile strength of the brazing material.Conclusions:Two brazing materials are normal strain rate sensitive materials.
