6个种源平榛果实表型性状变异分析

摘  要:为明确平榛果实表型性状多样性,以6个种源平榛果实为试材,采用巢式方差分析、多重比较、变异分析和聚类分析方法,对12个果实表型性状进行统计和分析。结果表明:6个种源平榛果实的表型性状在种源间、种源内均存在显著或极显著差异;各表型性状的变异系数为8.72%~30.95%,果仁质量的变异系数最大,果仁三径均值的变异系数最小;种源内变异系数以宁安三道种源最大,为14.89%;聚类分析将6个种源分为3类,宁安三道种源单独聚为一类,坚果和果仁质量较大,果壳薄,出仁率较高,可作为优良种源进一步进行良种选育;海林石河和庆安兴山种源聚为一类,果仁质量、出仁率和果壳厚居中;五常小山子、鹤北双丰、沾河幸福种源聚为一类,果仁质量和出仁率较低,果壳较厚。综上所述,平榛果实表型性状变异丰富,变异来源于种源间和种源内,因此可选择不同种源作为不同目标的育种材料。To elucidate the phenotypic diversity of Corylus heterophylla fruit,fruits from six provenances of C.heterophylla were used as test materials.Nested analysis of variance,multiple comparisons,variation analysis,and cluster analysis methods were employed to statistically analyze 12 phenotypic traits of the fruits.The results indicated that significant or extremely significant differences existed among and within the six provenances in terms of phenotypic traits.The variation coefficients of the phenotypic traits ranged from 8.72%to 30.95%,with the kernel mass exhibiting the highest variation coefficient and the mean of three kernel diameters showing the lowest.Within provenances,the Ning'an Sandao provenance exhibited the highest variation coefficient,which was 14.89%.Cluster analysis classified the six provenances into three groups:Ning'an Sandao,which formed a distinct group characterized by larger nut and kernel masses,thinner husks,and higher kernel rates,could be further selected as an elite provenance for breeding;Hailin Shihe and Qing'an Xingshan were grouped together,with moderate kernel mass,kernel rate,and husk thickness;and Wuchang Xiaoshanzi,Hebei Shuangfeng,and Zhanhe Xingfu were clustered into the third group,which exhibited lower kernel mass and kernel rate as well as thicker husks.In summary,the phenotypic traits of C.heterophylla fruits exhibited abundant variation,with variation originating both among and within provenances.Therefore,different provenances can be selected as breeding materials for different breeding objectives.
