不同种源刺龙牙生长及光合特性研究

摘  要:以辽宁地区6个种源的刺龙牙为试材,测定其生长指标、光合色素含量以及光合特性,以期为刺龙牙良种选育和科学栽培管理提供理论依据。结果表明:刺龙牙不同种源间生长指标、光合色素以及光合特性均存在差异。其中,宽甸种源的苗高、地径、叶长和宽均高于其他种源;宽甸种源各光合色素含量较高,清原种源各光合色素含量最低;光合特性方面,宽甸种源的净光合速率、气孔导度以及蒸腾速率均高于其他种源,胞间CO_(2)浓度显著高于凤城种源,但与其他种源差异不显著。综合测定结果得出,宽甸种源的光合能力优于其他种源,生长适应性相对更好。This study investigated the growth indices,photosynthetic pigment content,and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of six provenances of Aralia elata in Liaoning Province,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of superior varieties and scientific cultivation management of A.elata.The results indicated that there were differences in growth indices,photosynthetic pigments,and photosynthetic characteristics among the different provenances of A.elata.Specifically,the seedlings from Kuandian provenance exhibited higher plant height,ground diameter,leaf length,and leaf width compared to those from other provenances.The Kuandian provenance also had the highest pigment content,while the Qingyuan provenance had the lowest.In terms of photosynthetic characteristics,the Kuandian provenance showed higher net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate than other provenances.The intercellular CO_(2) concentration of the Kuandian provenance was significantly higher than that of Fengcheng provenance but not significantly different from the other provenances.Based on the comprehensive measurement results,the Kuandian provenance demonstrated superior photosynthetic capacity and better growth adaptability compared to other provenances.
