摘  要:为探索适宜沙棘硬枝扦插的基质,以1年生沙棘木质化枝条为插穗,设置6种不同基质进行扦插试验,测定插穗的生根率及根系指标。结果表明:基质种类对插穗的生根率、平均根长影响显著,对平均根数和最大根长影响极显著,对地径影响不显著。在基质中添加一定比例的珍珠岩或蛭石能提高插穗的生根率,添加一定比例的栽植土有利于根系的生长。生根率与平均根数呈显著正相关,平均根数和平均根长呈极显著负相关。应用隶属函数法对6种基质中的生根指标进行综合分析,基质为V_(栽植土)∶V_(珍珠岩)=1∶2的扦插效果最好,生根率为85.42%,地径为8.92 mm,平均根数为19.67条,平均根长为54.64 mm,最大根长为120.98 mm,加权隶属函数值最大,为沙棘硬枝扦插的适宜基质。To investigate the suitable substrate for hardwood cutting of Hippophae rhamnoides,one-year-old lignified branches of Hippophae rhamnoides were used as cuttings,and six different substrate compositions were set up for cutting experiments.The rooting percentage and root system indices of the cuttings were measured.The results indicated that the substrate type had a significant impact on the rooting percentage and average root length of the cuttings,an extremely significant impact on the average number of roots and maximum root length,but no significant impact on the ground diameter.Adding a certain proportion of perlite or vermiculite to the substrate could increase the rooting percentage of the cuttings,while adding a certain proportion of planting soil was beneficial to the growth of the root system.There was a significant positive correlation between the rooting percentage and the average number of roots,and an extremely significant negative correlation between the average number of roots and the average root length.The membership function value method was applied to comprehensively analyze the rooting indices among the six substrates.The substrate with a ratio of planting soil to perlite at 1:2 exhibited the best cutting effect,with a rooting percentage of 85.42%,a ground diameter of 8.92 mm,an average number of roots of 19.67,an average root length of 54.64 mm,a maximum root length of 120.98 mm,and the highest weighted membership function value.Therefore,this substrate was identified as the suitable substrate for H.rhamnoides hardwood cutting.
