脱丁烷塔系统优化及技术改造的节能效果

摘　　要：脱丁烷塔是乙烯装置分离热区的关键设备,脱丁烷塔的正常运行关系到整个装置的物料平衡,在装置高负荷运行时塔釜汽油中的C_(4)损失较大,造成C_(4)产品的损失,并且存在裂解汽油储罐压力高C_(4)挥发到环境中的安全环保风险。对乙烯装置脱丁烷塔进行优化操作和技术改造,可有效降低塔釜蒸汽消耗量和塔内物料的聚合速率,C_(4)损失远低于设计值,裂解C_(4)收率明显增加。脱丁烷塔系统优化后投用运行效果良好,使乙烯装置的能耗降低47.45 kgeo/t,装置负荷率提高6.78个百分点,生产能力提升,C_(4)产品收率提高0.24%,再沸器的检修频率降低。脱丁烷塔系统的优化及技术改造,能保证投入成本最低,装置经济效益的最大化,从而实现提质增效、节能降耗的目标。The debutanizer is the key equipment for separating the hot zone of the ethylene plant,and its normal operation is closely related to the material balance of the entire plant.When the plant is operating at a high load,the loss of C_(4)in the gasoline at the bottom of the tower is significant,resulting in the loss of C_(4)products.Moreover,there exists a safety and environmental protection risk of C_(4)volatilizing into the environment due to the high pressure in the cracking gasoline storage tank.The debutanizer in the ethylene plant has been optimally operated and technically renovated,which effectively reduces the steam consumption at the bottom of the tower and the polymerization rate of the materials inside the tower.The loss of C_(4)is far lower than design value,and the yield of cracked C_(4)has significantly increased.After the optimization of debutanizer system,the effect has been put into operation smoothly,which reduces the energy consumption of the ethylene plant by 47.45 kgeo/t,increases the plant load rate by 6.78 percentage points,enhances the production capacity,increases the yield of C_(4)products by 0.24%,and reduces the maintenance frequency of the reboiler.The optimization of debutanizer system,which ensures that the investment is the minimum cost and the economic benefits of plant is maximizing,achieves the goals of improving quality and efficiency and saving energy and reducing consumption.
