摘　　要：为了解决大斜度井和水平井在油田生产中面临游动阀和固定阀密封不严、漏失量过大以及抽油泵严重磨损等问题,通过研究,开发了一种新型的复合密封大斜度井抽油泵,这种新型抽油泵采用了两段式柱塞密封结构,游动阀和固定阀都采用了强闭合的设计,特别是第二段柱塞采用了压套半球密封结构,有效地提高了泵的工作效率。同时,在抽油杆上配备了滑动式固体润滑抽油杆扶正器,能够有效减轻磨损的程度。在大斜度井和水平井采油现场试验,新型抽油泵平均泵效达到了50%,检泵周期平均延长超过了200天。在油田某区块累计应用41井次,累计储油3966 t。In order to solve the oilfield production of large inclined wells and horizontal wells,there are problems including poor sealing of travelling valve and fixed valves,excessive leakage,and serious wear of pumping pump.A new type of pumping pump with composite seal for large inclined wells has been developed through research.The new pumping pump adopts a two-stage plunger sealing structure,and both the travelling valve and the fixed valve adopt a strong closure design.Especially,the second section plunger adopts pressure sleeve hemisphere sealing structure,which effectively improves the working efficiency of pump.At the same time,the pumping rod is equipped with a sliding solid lubrication pumping rod righting device,which can effectively reduce the degree of friction and wear.Compared with the field oil production test of large inclined wells and horizontal wells,the average pumping efficiency of this new pumping pump has reached 50%,and the average inspection cycle has been extended by 200 days.It has been applied in 41 wells in one block of oilfield with a cumulative oil increase of 3966 t.
