摘  要:为实现储罐油气挥发物的有效利用,提高油气回收工艺的经济性和适应性,利用模拟软件搭建了冷凝油气回收流程,对尾气余热进行利用,分析不同参数对油气的回收率、尾气浓度和总能耗的影响,研究了常规工艺、改进工艺和参数优化工艺在[火用]损及[火用]效率上的区别。结果表明,尾气余热利用形成的改进工艺可降低能耗和冷箱热负荷,但对于冷箱最小换热温差的优化效果有限;在满足国家排放标准的前提下,适当提高冷凝压力可降低冷凝温度,提高热集成效果;以SQP法为基础参数优化后工艺的总能耗为98.215 kW,较常规工艺的247.930 kW相比,大幅下降。研究结果可为油田生产过程的节能降耗和资源回收提供实际参考。In order to realize the effective utilization of oil and gas volatiles in storage tanks and improve the economy and adaptability of oil and gas recovery process,the recovery process of condensate oil and gas has been built by using the simulation software and the exhaust gas waste heat has been utilized.The effects of different parameters on oil and gas recovery rate,exhaust gas concentration and total energy consumption have been analyzed,and the differences between conventional processes,improved processes and parameter optimization processes in exergic damage and exergic efficiency have been studied.The results show that the improved process can reduce the energy consumption and the heat load of the cold box,but the optimization effect on the minimum heat transfer temperature difference of the cold box is limited.On the premise of meeting the national emission standards,increasing the condensing pressure can reduce the condensing temperature and improve the thermal integration effect.Based on the SQP method,the total energy consumption of the process is 98.215 kW after parameter optimization,which is significantly reduced compared with 247.930 kW of the conventional process.The research results can provide practical reference for energy conservation and resource recovery in oilfield production process.
