大庆外围低洼区块电动潜油柱塞泵技术应用实践

摘  要:随着大庆外围油田不断开发,低产液井、定向井比例呈逐年增多趋势,常规抽油机举升方式在应用中暴露出泵效低、杆管磨损严重和无效能耗高等问题。针对外围油田某区块紧邻泄洪区、地势低洼、环保要求高、抽油机投产和管理存在较大难度等开发难点,为实现低产液井、定向井高效举升目的,开展了电动潜油柱塞泵举升工艺试验应用。通过对工艺技术原理和技术特点等的研究分析,结合油藏开发特征,针对性地开展常规抽油机与电动潜油柱塞泵举升对比试验,并对现场应用效果持续评价。现场数据表明,与常规抽油机井相比,电动潜油柱塞泵泵效提高10%,免修期延长56天,系统效率提高3个百分点,吨液耗电下降15.93 kWh。电动潜油柱塞泵较好地解决了外围油田管杆偏磨问题,提高了泵效,节能效果显著。With the continuous development of Daqing peripheral oilfields,the proportion of low production wells and directional wells has been increasing year by year.Hence,the problems of low pump efficiency,serious rod and tube wear and high ineffective energy consumption are exposed in the application of conventional pumping unit.Since a block in the peripheral oilfield is adjacent to the floodplain,there are major development difficulties in low-lying terrain,high environmental protection requirements,and difficult operation and management of pumping unit.In order to realize the purpose of high-efficiency lifting for low-producing liquid wells and directional wells,the test application of lifting process for electric submersible plunger pump has been carried out.Through the research and analysis of process technology principle and technical characteristics,combined with reservoir development characteristics,the comparative test between conventional pumping unit and electric submersible plunger pump lifting has been carried out,and the field application effect has been continuously evaluating.The field data show that compared with the conventional pumping well,the electric submersible plunger pump pump efficiency increases by 10%,the maintenance-free period is extended by 56 days,the system efficiency increases by 3 percentage points,and the ton liquid power consumption is reduced by 15.93 kWh,which solves the problem of eccentric wear of pipe rod in peripheral oilfield,improves pump efficiency and saves energy significantly.
