氢能利用下的掺氢管道物性分析和输送特性研究

摘  要:利用相对完善的天然气管网输送氢气,是当前实现氢能低成本利用的主要方式,但加入氢气会改变天然气的物性,进而对输送特性造成影响。基于此,通过BWRS状态方程模拟真实气体的热力学特性,分析不同掺氢比例下多种物性的变化情况,并分析其对总能耗、沿线温度、沿线压力、管输流量、管存、水合物生成区域等方面的影响。结果显示:掺氢后混合物的气液两相区面积明显增大,临界凝析温度均在-50℃左右,管道输送过程中无需考虑温降、压降带来的介质相变问题;掺氢比例增加,混合物的质量密度降低、压缩因子上升、比热容上升、黏度降低、质量热值上升、焦耳-汤姆逊效应系数降低;掺氢前,总能耗为168.09 kW;掺氢20%后,总能耗为167.37 kW,总能耗下降了0.72 kW;掺氢会降低管存量和管输效率,且水合物的生成位置向管道后方移动,可以减少水合物的生成区域。The relatively perfect natural gas pipeline networks for delivering hydrogen are the main way to achieve low-cost utilization of hydrogen energy.However,the addition of hydrogen will change the physical properties of natural gas,which affects the transport characteristics.Based on this,the BWRS equation of state is used to simulate the thermodynamic characteristics of real gases,analyze the changes of various physical properties under different hydrogen blending ratios,and analyze the effects on total energy consumption,temperature along the line,pressure along the line,pipeline transportation flow,pipeline storage,hydrate generation area.The results show that the area of the gas-liquid two-phase zone of the mixture increases obviously after hydrogen blending,and the critical condensate temperature is about-50℃.The phase transformation of the medium caused by temperature drop and pressure drop is not needed to be considered during the pipeline transportation.When the hydrogen blending ratio increases,the mass density of mixture will decrease,the compression factor of mixture will increase,the specific heat capacity of mixture will increase,the viscosity of mixture will decrease,the mass calorific value will increase and Joule-Thomson effect coefficient of the mixture will decrease.Before the hydrogen blending,the total energy consumption is 168.09 kW.After adding 20%hydrogen blending,the total energy consumption is 167.37 kW,with a decrease of 0.72 kW.The hydrogen blending will reduce the pipeline stock and pipeline transportation efficiency,and the hydrate generation position moves to the back of the pipeline,which can reduce the hydrate generation area.
