摘 要:输气管道在运行的过程中,受多种因素影响,管道流量会产生周期性变化,引起调压阀频繁动作,影响上游流量计计量结果。针对上述问题,构建了气体流动性方程组,通过迭代计算,描述管内介质的不稳定流动状态,分析调压阀动作对管道参数和流量计计量性能的影响,并确定减小输差率的具体措施。结果表明:管长越长、管壁粗糙度越大、流量越大,调压阀动作对上游流量计的影响越小;通过安装旋启式止回阀、调整下游压缩机的防喘振策略,可以降低调压阀的动作时长和压力变化幅度,调整后输差率可从0.8%降低至0.08%,符合输差率合理限值要求。The gas pipeline are affected by different factors in the process of operation,and the pipeline flow is produced periodic changes,causing the frequent action of regulator and affecting the upstream flowmeter measurement results.To solve the above problems,a set of gas flow equations are constructed.The unstable flow state of the medium in the tube is described through iterative calculation,and the influence of the regulator action on pipeline parameters and the measurement performance of the flowmeter is analyzed.The specific measures to reduce the transmission error rate are also determined.The results show that the longer the pipe length gets,the greater the wall roughness makes,and the greater the flow rate makes,the less the influence of the regulator action on the upstream flowmeter gets.By installing the swing check valve and adjusting the anti-surge strategy of the downstream compressor,the operating time and pressure variation range of the regulator action can be reduced.After the adjustment,the transmission rate can be reduced from 0.8%to 0.08%,which meets the reasonable limit of transmission rate.
