摘 要:XB油田在用加热炉由于运行时间长、设备老化、自动化水平低等原因,导致加热炉热效率普遍偏低,造成能耗偏高、能耗管理难度逐渐加大、生产管理成本增加。为了提高加热炉运行效率,进一步明确加热炉提效技术应用的适应性,在该油田开展加热炉完成性管理、加热炉烟气余热回收等提效技术研究,并对现场应用情况进行数据分析。结果表明:加热炉完成性管理可提高精细化及信息化管理水平;加热炉烟气余热回收技术可减少能量损耗,实现加热炉节气率9.4%,平均热效率可达到87.47%,节能效果显著。Due to the problems including long running time,aging equipment and low automation level in the heating furnace of XB oilfield,the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace is generally low,resulting in high energy consumption,large energy consumption management difficulties,high production management cost.In order to improve the operation efficiency of the heating furnace and further clarify the adaptability of the application for heating furnace efficiency improvement technology,the integrity management and the recovery of flue gas waste heat for heating furnace have been carried out in the oilfield,and the data analysis has been applied in the field.The results show that the integrity management of heating furnace can improve the fine and information management level.The flue gas waste heat recovery technology can reduce the energy loss,which achieves the gas saving rate of 9.4%,reaches the average thermal efficiency of 87.47%,and makes energy conservation effect remarkable.
