摘 要:在天然气管网公平交易的前提下,以天然气气质实时组分和热值为基础的能量计量体系将成为贸易交接的主流方式。为减少站场气相色谱仪的设置数量,实现不同站场、不同时间内的能量流量计量,通过构建水力热力计算模型和组分追踪方法建立管网仿真模型,利用敏感性分析确定了初始条件和边界条件的设置原则,最后分析了多气源用户下组分和发热量的演变规律。结果表明,对于仿真气源节点而言,应尽量减少流量边界设置,增加压力边界设置,且不应将供气量最小的节点设置为压力边界;采用能量计量体系后,在24 h内管网可增加807万元收益。研究结果可为管网全生命周期管理提供实际参考。Since the natural gas pipeline network is fairly traded,the energy measurement system that is based on real-time components and calorific value of natural gas will become the main way of trade handover.In order to reduce the number of gas chromatograph installations at stations and realize energy flow measurement at different stations and different times,the simulation model of pipeline network is established by constructing hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation model and component tracking method,and the setting principles of initial conditions and boundary conditions are determined by sensitivity analysis.Finally,the evolution rule of components and calorific value under multi-gas source users is analyzed.The results show that for the air source node,the flow boundary should be reduced as much as possible,the pressure boundary should be increased,and the node with the smallest gas supply should not be set as the pressure boundary.After adopting the energy measurement system,the pipeline network can increase the income of 8.07 million yuan within 24 h.The research results can provide practical reference for the whole life cycle management of pipeline network.
