摘  要:为实现双碳背景下CCUS管输工艺项目的优化,降低投资和运行成本。以PR状态方程为依据,对含杂质CO_(2)的相态图、密度、黏度和压缩因子变化情况进行分析,综合对比了三级增压流程和两级增压+泵流程的节点参数和单位能耗情况,探讨了不同管径下的沿程压力和温度,从技术角度对管径进行了筛选,并从年折合总费用的角度分析了不同管径的经济性。结果表明:在准临界区域,含杂质CO_(2)的物理性质会发生突变;两级增压+泵流程的的节能效果更优,单位能耗为68.10 kJ/kg,冷却水用量可减少2.98 kg/h;DN80 mm的管径无法满足管输压力的要求,管径越大,沿程温降和压降较小;年折合管道投资费用在总费用中占比最大,其次为年折合能耗费用;DN100 mm管径下的年折合总费用最少,为7668万元/a。研究结果可为同类CCUS工程的设计及施工提供理论依据和实际参考。In order to achieve the optimization of CCUS pipeline transportation process project under double carbon background and reduce the investment and the operating costs,the phase diagram,density,viscosity and compression factor changes of CO_(2)containing impurities have been analyzed based on the PR equation of state.viscosity and compression factor changes of CO_(2)containing impurities have been analyzed.What's more,the node parameters and unit energy consumption of the three-stage pressurization process and the two stage pressurization plus pump process have been comprehensively compared,and the pressure and temperature along the pipeline under different pipe diameters have been discussed.In addition,the pipe diameters are screened from the technical point,and the economy of different pipe diameters is analyzed from the perspective of annual reduced total cost.The results show that in the quasi-critical region,the physical properties of CO_(2)containing impurities will change dramatically.Then the two-stage booster plus pump process of the energy conservation effect is better,the unit energy consumption is 68.10 kJ/kg,and the cooling water consumption is reduced by 2.98 kg/h.The pipe diameter of DN80 mm can not meet the requirements of pipeline transportation pressure.That is to say,the larger the pipe diameter is,the smaller the temperature drop and pressure drop along the process get.The annual converted cost of pipeline investment accounts for the largest proportion in the total cost,followed by the annual converted cost of energy consumption.The total annualized cost for DN100 mm pipe diameter is the least,which is 76.88 million yuan/a.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the design and construction of similar CCUS projects.
