基于冷能利用的伴生气尾气碳捕集工艺技术研究

摘  要:为实现油田伴生气尾气的节能环保排放,减少伴生气处理过程中的碳排放量,并为CCUS工程提供高纯度的液相CO_(2)介质,通过尾气组成分析、精馏特性分析和制冷剂筛选等操作,将LNG冷能用于伴生气尾气的碳捕集工艺,通过敏感性分析确定了精馏塔和预冷温度的取值,并对工艺流程的能耗及经济性进行分析。结果表明:低温、低压有利于精馏分离反应的正向进行;重组分精馏塔的总塔板数为20,进料位置为第15块塔板,二氧化碳精馏塔的总塔板数为10,进料位置为第8块塔板时可将工艺总能耗从799.5 kW降低至742.3 kW,降幅7%;优化后,工艺总[火用]损为1425.61 kW,[火用]效率为82.59%。研究结果可为油田碳中和、碳达峰的实现提供理论依据和实际参考。In order to realize energy conservation and environmental protection emissions of oilfield associated gas tail gas,the carbon emissions is reduced in the process of associated gas treatment,and the high purity liquid phase CO_(2)medium is provided for CCUS project.Through the tail gas composition analysis,rectification characteristics analysis and refrigerant screening,the LNG cold energy is used in the carbon capture process of associated gas tail gas,and the values of rectification column and pre-cooling temperature are determined by sensitivity analysis.Then the energy consumption and economy of process are analyzed.The results show that the phase equilibrium curve of binary system shows that low temperature and low pressure are beneficial to the forward process of distillation separation reaction.When the total number of plates in the recombinant rectification column is 20 and the feeding position is the 15th plate,the total number of plates in the carbon dioxide rectification column is 10,and the feeding position is the 8th plate,the total energy consumption of the process can be reduced from 799.5 kW to 742.3 kW,with a decrease of 7%.After the optimization,the overall exergic loss of process is 1425.61 kW and exergic efficiency is 82.59%.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the realization of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking in oilfields.
