摘　　要：在我国民用航空业快速发展背景下,如何应对集中式航站楼因整体运营效率增加而导致旅客个体通行效率降低的问题成为航站楼流程设计的重要研究方向之一。以济南遥墙机场T2航站楼为例,从细分旅客人群入手,阐述大型机场航站楼的旅客定制化流程设计策略,提出关键技术要点,为其他大型航站楼的流程设计提供参考。Under the background of rapid development of civil aviation industry in China,how to address the issue of reduced individual passenger traffic efficiency caused by increased overall operational efficiency in centralized terminals has become an important research direction in terminal process design.Taking the T2 terminal of Jinan Yaoqiang Airport as an example,starting from passenger population segmentation,elaborating on the customized process design strategies for large airport terminals,to propose key technical points and provide references for the process design of other large terminals.
