摘　　要：当前,城市更新已成为推动城市可持续发展和改善人居环境的重要手段。从城市更新的概念及手法分析入手,研究城市更新的内在困局,借鉴扶贫开发模式,得出“稳定就业”才是城市更新“内生力”的基础,提出适应泉州经济社会发展的城市更新要点,以助推其城市建设的高质量发展。Current urban renewal has become an important means to promote sustainable urban development and improve the living environment.Starting from the analysis of the concept and methods of urban renewal,the inherent difficulties of current urban renewal are studied,draws on the poverty alleviation and development model,and concludes that"stable employment"is the foundation of the"endogenous force"of urban renewal.It proposes key points for urban renewal that are suitable for the economic and social development of Quanzhou,in order to promote the high-quality development of Quanzhou's urban construction.
