摘　　要：以成都宽窄巷子为研究对象,通过内容分析法对网络点评数据进行分析,采用词频分析、语义分析和情感分析研究游客对宽窄巷子的形象感知和情感倾向,进而剖析现存问题,从保护文化内核、丰富空间体验及提高从业人员素质等方面提出优化建议。Taking Kuanzhai Alley as the research object,the online review data is analyzed through content analysis method.Word frequency analysis,semantic analysis,and sentiment analysis are used to study tourists'perception and emotional tendencies towards Kuanzhai Alley,existing problems are then analyzed,to propose optimization suggestions from the aspects of protecting cultural core,enriching spatial experience and improving the quality of practitioners.
