摘　　要：随着城市化进程加快和产业结构调整,大量旧工业建筑面临停产转型和废弃闲置局面。上海英雄金笔厂作为具有历史意义的工业遗产,其15号楼的改造设计不仅实现了建筑功能的更新,而且保留了历史风貌,成为城市更新的典范。依托其更新实践,探讨厂房室内空间改造设计策略,以期为同类项目提供参考。With the acceleration of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure,a large number of old industrial buildings are facing the situation of discontinuation,transformation and abandonment.As an industrial heritage of historical significance,the renovation design of No.15 Building of Shanghai Hero Golden Pen Factory not only realizes the renewal of architectural functions,but also retains the historical style,becoming a model of urban renewal.Based on its renewal practice,the strategies of the renovation design of interior space of factory are discussed,in order to provide references for similar projects.
