摘　　要：乡村住宅的品质直接影响乡村居民生活质量,而长寿性能是建筑的突出特点。通过对国内外建筑理论标准和住宅长寿性能的综合研究,从适应性能、耐久性能、安全性能、标准化性能4个方面构建适用于乡村住宅的长寿性能评价体系,为乡村住宅建设提供科学指导,对提高乡村住宅品质具有重要意义。The quality of rural housing directly affects the quality of life of rural residents,and longevity is the outstanding characteristic of buildings.Based on the comprehensive study of domestic and foreign building theoretical standards and housing longevity performance,an evaluation system for rural housing longevity performance is constructed from four aspects:adaptability,durability,safety and standardization performance,which provides scientific guidance for rural housing construction and is of great significance for improving the quality of rural housing.
