摘 要:针对增设回热器的CO_(2)平行/喷射压缩制冷系统进行了研究,在系统中选取了3个典型位置增设回热器;通过对系统进行模型建立,比较分析了不同模式下各参数变化规律。模拟结果表明:在多数情况下,回热器的增设对系统起到了积极作用,可降低系统高压侧的压力、减小蒸发器的制冷剂流量、提升喷射器的效率及系统性能系数(COP)。然而,回热器的设置会增大压缩机进出口CO_(2)的温度和焓差,某些情况下会对压缩机功耗及系统COP产生不利影响。最后通过对3种回热器的组合使用,提出了带回热器的CO_(2)平行/喷射压缩制冷系统的优化运行策略,可较原系统COP提升约2.74%~5.36%。In this paper,the CO_(2) parallel/ejector compression refrigeration system with superheater is studied,and three typical locations are selected in the system to add superheater.By establishing the model of this system,the variation law of each parameter in different modes is compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that in most cases,the addition of the superheater has a positive effect on the system,which can reduce the condensing pressure of the system and the refrigerant flow rate of the evaporator,improve the efficiency of the ejector and the system coefficient of performance(COP).However,installing the superheater will increase the temperature and enthalpy difference of CO_(2) at the compressor,in some cases it will have some adverse effects on the power consumption of the compressor and the system COP.Finally,by using a combination of three superheaters installation methods,the optimal operation strategy of the CO_(2) parallel/ejector compression refrigeration system with IHXs is proposed,the system COP is improved by 2.74%-5.36%compared with the classical system.
