摘  要:本文研究了273.15 K以下温区乙醇热物性参数,包括密度、黏度、导热系数和比热容,介绍了适合预测较低温度流体热物性的公式和方法,包括低温流体密度的温度依赖关系式、指数拟合法、二阶基团贡献法、多项式拟合法。结合现有数据,采用上述方法得到了相应参数的经验关联式。结果表明:乙醇密度采用低温流体密度的温度依赖关系式拟合,平均偏差为0.390%;黏度采用指数拟合,平均偏差为3.64%;导热系数采用二阶基团贡献法拟合,平均偏差为2.213%;比热容采用二次多项式拟合,平均偏差为0.195%。In this paper,the thermal properties of ethanol in the temperature range below 273.15 K are studied,including density,viscosity,thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity.The formulas and methods suitable for predicting the thermal properties of fluids at lower temperatures are introduced,including the temperaturedependent relationship of the low-temperature fluid density,exponential fitting,second-order group contribution method and polynomial fitting method.Combined with the existing data,the empirical correlation of corresponding parameters is obtained by using the above method.The results showed that the ethanol density was fitted by the temperature-dependent relationship of the low-temperature fluid density,and the average deviation was 0.390%.Viscosity is fitted by exponential method with an average deviation of 3.64%.The thermal conductivity is fitted by the second-order group contribution method,with an average deviation of 2.213%.The specific heat capacity is fitted by quadratic polynomial with an average deviation of 0.195%.
