排风回流对热泵新风机性能的影响

摘  要:为了研究由于排风罩存在导致的排风回流对某种热泵型整体式新风机系统性能的影响,基于CFD模拟、实测与系统仿真,对排风回流影响系统制热性能的因素进行了深入分析。结果表明:回流温度导致的系统性能系数(COP)衰减率主要与制热量及回流率成正比,以开启回路1、回路3的双回路系统为例,环境温度为10℃、送风温度为40℃时系统COP的衰减率达到4.8%。为了减少回流产生的影响,将未开启回路的风机在不同转速下运行的系统COP进行对比,发现机组运行时将未开启回路的风机以最低转速运行为优,此时回流产生的影响减少了7%。To investigate the impact of exhaust air backflow caused by the exhaust hood on the system performance of a kind of fresh air heat pump.In this paper,based on CFD simulation,field test and system simulation,the factors affecting the heat pump system performance are in-depth analyzed.The results show that the system coefficient of performance(COP)decline caused by the backflow is largely proportional to the heating capacity and the backflow rate.For a dual-loop system with loop No.1 and loop No.3 enabled,at a surrounding temperature of 10℃and a supply air temperature of 40℃,the system's COP decline rate reached 4.8%.To reduce the influence of backflow,the system COP of fans with non-working loop running at different speeds is compared.It is found that when the unit was running,it is better to operate the fan with the circuit not turned on at the lowest speed,which reduced the impact of backflow by 7%.
