摘 要:喷气织机的异形筘与辅助喷嘴结合产生的半敞开式流场会导致气体严重损耗,课题组提出了一种片式多源引纬技术,通过创新设计引纬通道,形成近似封闭的流场,从而提高引纬效率并降低气体损耗。采用ANSYS FLUENT软件对复合引纬片的组合流场进行数值模拟分析,研究了多个复合引纬片的间距及数量对流场特性的影响。结果表明:当复合引纬片间距为57 mm时,气流衰减较慢且气体损耗减少;3个复合引纬片共同作用时,气流引纬的稳定性最佳。该技术在保证引纬效果的同时有效降低气体损耗,为减少喷气织机气体损耗提供了新的方法。The jet loom is widely employed in the textile industry because of its high efficiency and wide width.However,the semi-open flow field formed by the combination of the profiled reed and the auxiliary nozzles can cause significant gas loss.To address this issue,the research group presents a sheet-type multi-source weft insertion technology.Through innovative design of the weft insertion channel,an approximately closed flow field is formed,thereby enhancing the weft insertion efficiency and reducing gas consumption.Numerical simulation and analysis of the combined flow field of the composite weft insertion sheet were conducted using ANSYS FLUENT software to investigate the influence of the spacing and quantity of multiple composite weft insertion sheets on the flow field characteristics.The results indicate that when the spacing of the composite weft insertion sheets is 57 mm,the airflow attenuation is slower and gas loss and consumption is reduced.When three composite weft insertion sheets act jointly,the stability of airflow weft insertion is optimal.This technology effectively reduces gas loss and consumption while ensuring the weft insertion effect,providing new methods and theoretical support for reducing gas loss in jet looms.
