摘  要:为简化超高压容器的密封结构复杂性,课题组设计了一种700 MPa超高压密封装置堵头结构和与之配套的自紧型密封件。利用控制变量法,分析了密封件压缩量与几何尺寸对密封性能的影响;利用分析结果选择合理压缩量与几何尺寸。结果表明:在保证密封要求的前提下,最大等效应力平均值从1550 MPa降至1212 MPa,降低了21%。该结构为超高压容器密封设计提供了一种新思路。In order to simplify the complexity of ultra-high pressure vessel sealing structure,a 700 MPa ultra-high pressure sealing device plug structure and its matching self-tightening seal were designed.By using control variable method,the effect of the compression amount and geometric size of the seal on the sealing performance was analyzed.The reasonable compression amount and geometric size were selected by using the analysis results.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress value reduced by 21%from an average of 1550 MPa to 1212 MPa on the premise of successful sealing.This structure provides a new idea for the sealing design of ultra-high pressure vessels.
